Love Chico’s. I love to shop here as I can identify my style and can shop off the rack like in my closet. White Bear Lake and Wayzata are two of my favorite Minnesota stores.

I love this place. I have been a thift store shopper for years because I was overweight. After losing over 100 lbs my bff took me here to treat myself to some new clothes. They treated me like a queen. Helped me find clothes that not only fit right but looked right for my age and body as well.

I shop at Chicos in White Bear Lake and online. Sometimes on Grand Avenue. The staff is Super Helpful! They even help me with outfit advice to find things to go with items I bought elsewhere. If I want space to look they leave me be. Quality clothing and, for sure quality staff!!

My experience was great. I was greeted at side door by employee. Had made a mistake on return. Wasn't to Chicos but Talbots. Found 2 things I liked. Sales prrson checked my account and had 25$ coupon. Just so helpful. Made my day.

This is my Favorite store BY FAR of any Chico's I've been in !! I called to see if they had the shirt I was looking for - Yes - had my size & asked if possible to steam as was driving from Wisconsin & wanted to wear that evening. Was ready on a hanger when I walked in. Have always been treated like a valued customer even though I only shop here when in the Twin Cities. 5 Stars ALL the Way. Friendly, Helpful & Professional & always great selection & displayed beautifully !

One of my favorite shops for classy, high-quality clothing and jewelry! I love how they rotate seasonal features (limited quantities only available for a few months) alongside staples like tank tops, blouses, and leggings. They always have basically every form of clothing available in black, which is super handy for building a versatile wardrobe. I also love how much gold, silver, and bronze metallic colors they have. My favorite items include cropped jackets, chain belts (see picture), mixed metal (silver/gold hybrid) earrings. and lined tank tops. The lined tank tops are a must-have in black, tan, and cream colors. I recently bought my first pair of Chico's pants -- crazy cute with stretchy comfort. I'm 5'7" and need a "tall," so my purchase needed to be shipped. I still got the in-store discount, so that was fine! CONS: Recently, the seasonal inventory has not included cropped jackets or chain belts, which is disappointing. Those elements help fulfill my attempted "rockstar" vibe. The longer blazer style jackets look more corporate or have a super-hip grandma vibe, neither of which I'd like to embrace. The inventory comes from Chico's corporate, so that's not a reflection of this individual store. However, it has occasionally led me across the street to Primp to find more youthful styles. I hope corporate sees this review and brings back more youthful "rockstar" styles. PROS: What's most incredible about the White Bear Chico's is the personalized assistant shopper experience from staff. Every time I visit, I feel catered to... and by multiple staff members at a time! It reminds me of the scene in Pretty Woman where the guy flashes his credit card, says "we're about to spend an OBSCENE amount of money here," and the staff swarms her with clothing, jewelry, shoes and pizza. LOL! While Chico's doesn't offer pizza, they do make you feel like royalty -- no credit card flashing required.
